Responsibilities

Assisting physicians with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and administering medications

Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and processing insurance claims

Providing excellent customer service to patients

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduation from an Accredited Medical Assistant Program, with Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant- Certified (CM) or Medical Assistant Interim (IC) required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
