Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Mid-Level, Experienced or Senior Shipside Operations Specialist (Levels 3, 4, & 5) to support the team based out of Everett, Washington .As a member of the Everett Delivery Center LSCC, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams. You will maintain positive relationships with multi-function team leaders and drive a deep understanding of the One Boeing Production System principles and standards, production health, and problem solving.We are committed to providing our team equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment. Uses technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.

Assists organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues.

Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues.

Facilitates ongoing coordination and tracking of open items.

Provides guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates.

Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations.

3+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis.

3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience.

3+ years of experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills.

3+ years of experience in a role that required strong problem solving and analytical skills.

3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data.

3+ years of experience creating and implementing communications plans, strategies, and tactics.

Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Experience supporting cross-functional teams.

Experience using Shipside Action Tracker.

Typical Education/Experience:Mid-Level (Level 3)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Experienced (Level 4)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Senior (Level 5)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
