A manufacturer of electronic systems for aerospace is hiring shipping clerks!JOB DESCRIPTION
Verify accuracy of shipments against pick lists, sales orders, bills of lading, and invoices or other records
Maintain necessary records and files of transactions accurately and in a timely fashion
Accurately create and promptly communicate Purchase Orders to Outside Processors
Verify and perform purchase order receipts from vendors in ERP system
Perform cycle counts efficiently and coordinate/ensure inventory accuracy measures
Define stock locations to best advantage for efficiency and accessibility
Route WIP, raw materials and packaging materials to proper departments or work center
Stock and/or restock orders as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to operate standard shipping and packaging equipment.
Basic computer skills – email, and Microsoft Suite.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong focus on customer service.
Ability to quickly master new business knowledge and technical skills.
Willing to submit to pre-employment screening.
PAY
$22/hr-$26/hr depending on experience.
SHIFT
Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, every other Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
DURATION
This is a six month contract to hire position.
