We are Hiring Shipping Clerk in Everett, WA!We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to perform a variety of packaging and shipping activities under limited supervision.Main responsibilities will include :
Ensure compliance with postal regulations, government, commercial, and other customer specifications, handling complex assignments effectively.
Verifying shipment accuracy, maintaining records, creating and communicating purchase orders, performing cycle counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Involves defining stock locations, facilitating communication across departments, inspecting merchandise, preparing items for shipment, and adhering to safety policies.
Pay rate : $22-26 per hour depending on experienceSchedule : 6am-3:30pm (Monday -Thursday) and 6am-2:30pm every other Friday.Location : Everett, WASkills & Qualification :
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a shipping clerk in aerospace industry.
Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
Intermediate Excel & Basic computer skills – email, and Microsoft Suite.
Familiarity with Epicor Avante ERP system is a benefit, but not required.
Familiarity with FTC and International Trades Laws.
Work Environment :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
