Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join the Program Management Office Strategy, Work Authorization, & Governance (PMO SWA&G) Team based out of Everett, Washington .BCA Digital Transformation (DTx) PMO is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to support program-level strategic initiatives, applying program and project management best practices to lead teams. The role will focus on organizational change management activities, general project management support, and ensuring execution of program management discipline. In this role, you will lead organizational change management strategy development & implementation activities, as well as lead project management duties for a wide variety of BCA DTx strategic initiatives. The successful candidate is able to develop effective partnerships with team members, partners, leaders, and peers. This is a unique opportunity to define and guide Boeing's business transformation, and shape how we execute processes and tools for current and future airplane programs.Position Responsibilities :

Partner with BCA DTx PMO team members to develop and execute the program's organizational change management strategy.

Lead activities which include, but are not limited to, culture, business readiness, communication, and training.

Meets with leadership to gain approval.

Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams and programs to gather requirements, build implementation plans, and monitor performance to plan.

Build productive relationships with our partners and stakeholders.

Provide project management support to a variety of strategic program-level initiatives, often emerging with short notice and ambiguity.

Support adoption of Lean+ Agile methodology.

This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform 80% work onsite in Everett, Washington.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations

3+ years of experience developing relationships and negotiating commitments with other functional organizations

3+ years of experience leading cross-functional and/or project teams

3+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives

Preferred Qualifications (Skills/Experience) :

Experience developing and/or leading organizational change initiatives

Experience with Agile, Scaled Agile, Framework or related frameworks

Highly competent in using MS Office products.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
