Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Resident Care Manager to become part of our client's Assisted Living Facility team in Everett, WA - 98208. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.Pay$45-$60 per hour (based on experience)Shift
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
As needed coverage for other shifts
Qualifications- Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role)
BSN
At least 1 year of previous Leadership / Supervisory experience
Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Transitional Care experience
Job Summary
Plan, organize, manage, and allocate nursing resources effectively.
Ensure staff have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care to residents in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings.
Assist with the training and development of staff.
Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
