- Resource should be able to demonstrate work experience on functional, regression, sanity testing in Salesforce with required domain knowledge on standard/custom Salesforce objects.
- Resource should be able to demonstrate work experience on agile methodology participating in Sprint ceremonies, work with Product Owners and Devs and deliver as per stakeholders expectation.
- Resource should be able to demonstrate proficiency on both manual and automation testing in Salesforce using test automation tools like Provar, Tosca, Selenium etc.
- Resource should be able to demonstrate proficiency on test management tools like Q-test, ALM, Rally to be able to use them for test execution purposes
- Certification on Salesforce (Admin/App builder etc.) will be a plus
