I am looking for lessons customized to my needs, covering day-to-day handling, navigation, docking, and safety procedures. Must have relevant experience and be able to provide practical guidance tailored to a new boater. Offering $50/hour. Must be reliable, experienced, and able to meet in the Blaine, WA area.
