Project Manager candidates should have the following:
In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices.
Complete understanding of how to read plans and specs.
Be able to communicate plan discrepancies and project decisions that are needed in easy-to-understand terms.
Be able to coordinate project material and labor needs.
Be a safety advocate for onsite labor.
Be able to control project quality and costs.

We are also looking for individuals who are:
Experienced in the general construction trades
Proficient at reading blueprints
Ability to communicate with senior project managers, clients, team members, suppliers, and different sub trades.
Lead and plan for site crew while controlling schedule and budget
Enjoy the challenge of problem solving
Able to multitask and undaunted by challenges and unique construction projects
Willing to work for a company that encourages and promotes:

Experience & Tools:
Vehicle with ability to haul tools and small amounts of building materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
10+ years of in-depth construction experience
3+ years project management experience
Construction management degree and light commercial experience encouraged, but not required
