The ideal candidates for lead positions will have at least 3 years of experience and be fully capable of running a high-end, high quality, and professional job site. They should be knowledgeable painters with a focus on detail, craftsmanship, and timeliness. Entry-level painters should be eager to learn, hardworking, and have a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment. Successful candidates should be capable of working in small or large spaces, the ability to be on ladders, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and have the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team.

We offer full-time employment with overtime pay available. Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, and bonuses available after 3 months of full-time work. Dependable, long-term employees are also offered company vehicles and gas cards.
