Alexei Ford Design Build is hiring a multi-skilled individual to work on a variety of projects with an emphasis on mechanical know-how. Applicants without significant mechanical experience need not apply.
Job Summary: This part-time position requires a wide variety of skills. Tasks may include carpentry, painting, low volt electrical, vehicle modifications, welding experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Some mechanical know-how, especially automotive mechanics
Some carpentry, painting, and electrical skills
Prompt, reliable and organized with good communication skills.
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. Occasional travel within 30 miles of Bellingham is possible.
Pay & Hours: Working hours are Tuesday-Thursday 7:30-5pm. Fridays hours will be discussed in person. Maximum of 29 hours per week with some flexibility in establishing a regular schedule.
Pay range is $28-$36/hr DOE.
