Looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our janitorial and maintenance team! We service both residential and commercial properties, and we take pride in delivering high-quality results with a professional and friendly touch.
Job Responsibilities:
-Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
-Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
-Outdoor property maintenance such as trash pickup, sidewalk sweeping, and light landscaping
-Follow safety and cleaning protocols to ensure high standards are met
-Report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
-Strong attention to detail and work ethic
-Ability to work independently and follow instructions
-Reliable transportation (travel between Whatcom & Skagit counties)
-Must be punctual, trustworthy, and professional
-Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus but not required
Schedule:
-Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
-30–40 hours/week
Pay:
-$18–$20/hour depending on experience
-Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between job sites
