What We Do:
Diagnose, repair, and install RV systems, including electrical (both 12V and 110V), plumbing, propane, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances (such as refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, etc.).
Repair, maintain, and install interior and exterior components (including solar systems, satellite antennas, etc.).
Service awnings.
Repair generators and inverter-converter systems.
Diagnose and repair LP systems.
Install trailer and fifth-wheel hitches, wire tow vehicles, and maintain or repair suspension, bearings, and brakes.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections following manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet the highest standards.
Communicate effectively to explain diagnoses and repair recommendations.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with various activities within the company, including diagnosing and repairing RV systems such as electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and appliances.
Support routine maintenance and inspections following manufacturer guidelines.
Help conduct quality checks to ensure that repairs meet high standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must have your tools.
Knowledge of 110V and 12V systems, plumbing, A/C, and heating.
Experience with cabinetry and basic woodworking skills.
Must be able to work in hot conditions.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Capability to work in various conditions throughout the year.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff (both written and verbal).
RV experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
