Full-Time Landscaper – $50K + Cash Bonuses (Birch Bay / Whatcom & Skagit Counties)
Hamir Management Group is looking for a full-time in-house landscaper to help clean up and improve homes we buy, fix up, and sell. This is a steady, year-round job for someone who works hard, takes initiative, and wants to see real results from their effort.
What You’ll Do:
Clean up yards: weeds, brush, overgrowth, debris
Mow, edge, reseed, lay sod, fertilize
Trim/prune trees and shrubs
Plant flowers, beds, mulch, gravel, etc.
Power wash and make properties look market-ready
Maintain homes until they sell
What We Offer:
$50,000 salary + cash incentive bonuses for every completed property
Mileage reimbursement if you use your own truck
Full-time, steady work year-round

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years landscaping or groundskeeping experience
Independent worker who gets the job done without hand-holding
Physically able to handle outdoor work in all weather
Must have a valid driver’s license (truck preferred)
