Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator located in Bellingham, WA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves light production assistance, selling event services, brand ambassador role, wholesale account management including delivery support for our distributor, managing event logistics, and overseeing the execution of events from start to finish.
Qualifications
-Excellent Communication (writing & presenting) and Customer Service skills
-Sales experience for promoting event services
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
-Event Management experience preferred
-This position is sometimes active and requires the candidate to lift up to 150lbs
-Experience driving a small truck and trailer preferred
