We are looking for a part time office assistant to join our team.
Approximately 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts payable
Reconcile payments received against customer accounts receivable ledger
Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
Collect all employee receipts monthly
Data entry in Excel and QuickBooks
Assist with preparations for monthly auctions, logging items and taking photographs
Process payments
Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence.
Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for documents and records
Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-starter who can handle and solve customer issues, able to adapt to change and problem solving.
