As a Customer Service & Shipping Associate, you would be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Pulling, packing, and shipping orders using the UPS/USPS interface
2. Providing a high level of service to our customers via email and phone.
3. Data entry of new products and specifications.
4. Managing receiving, stocking inventory & and organizing incoming stock.
5. Assisting with planned warehouse activities, including inventory count and ensuring inventory accuracy.
6. Maintaining hygiene at the warehouse.
Suitable candidates should be able to multitask, have good numerical skills, and be able to provide customers with excellent customer service.
