Administrative Services Level 1

Under general supervision of the Administrative Supervisor, incumbents are responsible for providing skilled and semi-skilled administrative support services to the General Manager, other employees, owners, guests, and perform other administrative matters for both SWA and STSA. Further, incumbents work with and receive direction from the Association Management Services (AMS) firm in administrative, budget and accounting matters. Incumbent in the II level also serves as a lead and has office coordination responsibilities.
