All American Marine in Bellingham, WA is seeking to hire a full-time Project Engineering Coordinator to help us efficiently build our customized vessels. ABOUT ALL AMERICAN MARINE

All American Marine began operations over 30 years ago by specializing in building aluminum fishing vessels used from California to Alaska. In the 1990s, we adapted to a changing marketplace and set the standard for aluminum vessel manufacturing. We build energy-efficient, high-speed, large custom vessels used for a variety of purposes including whale watching, research boats, patrol boats, and passenger-only ferries.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient with AutoCAD

Knowledge of USCG standards and Code of Federal Regulations (46 CFR)

Knowledge of ABYC electrical and mechanical standards

Excellent communication and relational work skills

Understanding of aluminum boat mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems theory and installation

Strong in Microsoft Office

Ability to work and collaborate well within a multifaceted team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares and plans work for Marine Systems and Electrical Designers in advance to maintain department production flow.

Creates, coordinates and updates technical drawings for all AAM supplied systems.

Provides technical drawings on assigned projects where needed.

Liaison between Technical Manager, Project Managers, and Naval Architect with the USCG, or other regulatory bodies

Supervises a small team of designers.
