GENERAL LABORER, TEMPORARY (APPROXIMATELY 2-3 MONTHS)

This position requires open availability Mondays thru Fridays from mid-August thru mid-November.

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU ENJOY:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:
Working on a TEMPORARY basis for up to 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary significantly by day or week in accordance with project needs. Work ends upon the completion of the project or if expectations for safety, speed, attitude, etc. are not met.
Working hard, working safely, and maintaining a positive attitude!
Working outdoors, rain or shine!
Clearing brush from land and aquatic environments.
Demolishing an existing failed boardwalk over a lake and wetland environment.
Hauling debris out from the job site and materials into the job site via a walking trail.
Setting up and tearing down the job site.
Other duties as assigned.

AMAZING PAY! This temporary position is for a project that pays WA State laborer prevailing wages of $63.87/hour for all on-site work, which will be 90% or more of the work. Any minimal amount of off-site work is paid at a rate of $20/hour.

9-hour shifts Mon-Thurs; 4-hour Fridays; weekends and holidays off
Hours may not always be 40 per week and will vary based on project needs. Overtime may only be worked if authorized by the project manager. Availability from 7am-5pm Mondays through Fridays is required from mid-August thru mid-November.
QUALIFICATIONS
18+ years old
Physically fit as demonstrated through previous employment, sports, hobbies, etc.
Safety-minded with a positive attitude and strong work-ethic
Reliable vehicle and clean driving record preferred
Smart phone required
