Lawncare and Handyman Person: We have a small property management company in Bellingham. We are looking for someone that can do 1/2 time mowing of lawns and 1/2 time maintenance. We have the tools but need an extra person. Is this something that can work for you?
Mowing, trimming, weeding, fertilizing. Basic apartment maintenance. You will be working with different people each day but we are also looking for a motivated self-starter. You should be able to drive and maneuver a pickup and trailer. You should be able to operate landscaping tools including a zero turn mower, string and other trimmers. Painting, plumbing, and other general maintenance capabilities are a plus.
Outdoor work and indoor work. We try to schedule depending upon weather conditions. Current driver’s license and a copy of current driving abstract are required. Must be on time and DEPENDABLE. Reliable transportation to job sites. Starting pay is competitive at $25 an hour DOE.
