Clinical Therapist Position
Location: Lynden, WA (with Telehealth across Washington)

Job Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate, dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic and growing team. This role includes providing outpatient therapy to individuals, children/adolescents, couples, and/or families — either in-office (Lynden) or via telehealth. Clinicians have the freedom to choose their ideal client population and specialties, including (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, Brainspotting, relationship issues, faith based and more.
Client Population: Please note that a significant portion of our clients request faith-based counseling as part of their therapeutic services.

Compensation
$45 per 90837 session (hour session)
$33.75 per 90834 (45 min session)
$22.50 per 90832 (30 min session)
$60 per 90791 intake (1 hour session and 30 mins of paperwork)
Training pay during first month: $25/hour (to learn our systems)
Free weekly supervision (individual and group)
Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Active Washington State Associate License (LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA)
Reside in Washington State
Willing and able to hold at least 20 client sessions per week (provided by the center)
Note: We’re open to considering recent or soon-to-be graduates who are in the process of becoming credentialed.
Preferred Qualifications
Membership with professional organizations (e.g., AAMFT, NBCC)
Willingness to maintain CEUs and licensure requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy (in-person or telehealth).
2. Maintain current licensure and uphold all professional ethical standards.
3. Collaborate with clients' care teams (e.g., PCPs, psychiatrists, schools) as needed.
4. Complete clinical documentation (intake, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) on the same day — we encourage in-session note-taking so your evenings are free!
5. Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
6. Contribute positively to our team culture — respectful, collaborative, and professional.
7. Allow your image and bio to be published on our website and on Psychology Today.
8. Stay available for at least 48 working weeks per year, with the flexibility to see more than 20 clients/week if desired.
