Job Title: Experienced Barista
Location: Fairhaven Coffee
Shift: Wednesdays, 7 AM - 4 PM
Pay: $17.26/hour + Tips
We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team in Fairhaven! The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking and ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and work areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso and latte art.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the specified shift on Wednesdays from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Pay:
- $17.26/hour plus tips
