Seeking Experienced Line Cooks
Avenue Bread is looking to hire experienced dinner line cooks for our Lynden location. We are increasing our hours and staying open later to incorporate dinner. We are a tight-knit team who all support each other, so we are looking for someone who takes pride in cooking good food and has a passion for teamwork! This part time position would begin in the afternoon and stay till close. This includes tasks such as cooking great food (burgers, sandwiches, salads and sides), prepping for next shift/day and cleaning the kitchen. We are a 7 day a week, fast-moving customer service restaurant, so must have restaurant experience and a flexible schedule to be considered for this position. Weekends are required (including Sunday).
Hours:
Full time (30-40 hours)
Evening (dinner) shifts needed and weekends are a must. Ideal Wednesday - Sunday
1 Year Cooking experience required.

Min. 1 year restaurant experience
Experience with dinner and breakfast is a big help
Strong communication skills
Multitasking skills
Independent worker while also a team player
Job Details:
Tips pooled evenly between all staff
Current Food Handlers Card required, Serve Safe is a plus
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
