Line Cook/ Experienced prep cook

We are looking for an experienced prep cook/line cook. Must have good knife skills, able to follow a recipe and be creative. We would like someone who can make soups from scratch and come up with cool special sandwiches. Needs to be self motivated. Meat and cheese experience a plus. Must be able to do catering platters and make them look great. Someone who loves food and wants to do cool things. You will split your time between line cooking and being creative. The sky's the limit. Must know what you are doing.
