Seeking Part-Time and full-time Dishwashers with the opportunity to become Line/Banquet Cooks in the future.
We operate a scratch kitchen with a rotational menu featuring specialty ingredients, including local when possible. The Club executes many exceptional culinary events, weddings, and restaurant service throughout the year and is looking for an energetic team that is excited about being part of such production.
Experience in a kitchen is a bonus, however, we are willing to invest in training the right candidate. Our kitchen provides opportunity to learn and get creative to grow in your culinary experience.

Role and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Wash all sliver, plate ware, pots pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant/banquet facilities
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment
Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties
(cleanliness and organization is KEY)
Ability to lift and carry large and heavy trays/equipment
Follow directions from the Chef and other kitchen supervisors
Keep work area clean and abide by company grooming policies
Work with urgency to complete tasks
Respect kitchen equipment and maintain equipment cleanliness
Follow all company policies and procedures
Weekday/Weekend flexibility
NOTE: Other duties can be assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements:
Culinary experience is not required
MUST have Food Handlers Permit Card or ability to obtain one
Requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift and ability to lift up to 50lbs
Able to work all shifts, including but not limited to weekends and some holidays
Excellent communication skills- must be able to speak English, have an eye for detail and ability to multi-task
