Big Stick Barbecue seeks a skilled and motivated Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry, possess strong leadership skills overseeing a team, beer and wine, quality control, and excel in customer service.
This position is a full time position, 5 days per week. Manager is responsible for:
- Scheduling the team for daily operations to include holidays and catering events
- Beer program-ordering and meeting vendor weekly
- Daily demonstrate our core values and teach the team our values
- Oversee daily operation, weekly inspections, and preventative maintainance
- Count tills and balance cash in the absence of the owners
- Collaborate with owners to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- 2 years previous experience in restaurant management or related field
- Knowledge of food service management and hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Manager Compensation:
-$24-26 per hour plus tip pool
