We are hiring a part-time Server/Bartender. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and handle the responsibilities of both a server and bartender; strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential. Weekend and evening availability required.
We are a tight-knit team looking for a motivated and experienced addition to our crew. We have 12 rotating drafts, cocktails, wine, and a Mediterranean-inspired tapas-style menu. We aim to create a fun and positive work environment and a casual guest experience with an elevated touch. We are looking for someone with a friendly and professional demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Those with serving or bartending experience are strongly encouraged to apply, but we are willing to train the right fit!
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred
Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 pounds
Must obtain Food Handler's Permit and MAST Permit within 30 days of hire date
