We are looking for a teachers who delight in children as well as believe in the value of learning through play and nature immersion (see our website). Are you the nurturing, creative, professional who we're searching for to join our teaching team?
Ideal candidates will be experienced with young children in a group setting. We’re looking for a lead Toddler Teacher (18mo-2yrs.) and an Assistant Toddler Teacher (12-18 Mo.) Both must have the ability to provide individualized care while monitoring a whole group, be willing to spend time outdoors (rain or shine), have knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice, and possess a calm demeanor yet have an abundance of energy!
This is a collaborative teaching environment; therefore, these people should possess the desire and communication skills necessary to work as part of a team. We are looking for people who are passionate about the early childhood field, and who are looking for longevitya teaching environment to call "home". A love for the outdoors, gardening and learning through play are necessary for this teaching environment.
