As a Customer Service Representative with Trucordia, you will perform many diverse responsibilities which ultimately help us succeed in providing extraordinary customer service to our customers. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in the insurance industry and supporting our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide quotes for various lines of insurance.
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Process both new business and renewals for customers.
Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
Excellent attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent listening, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
Valid Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Broad knowledge of property and casualty insurance. Experience in delivering client focused solutions based.
