Core Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Payroll and 1099’s
Bank Reconciliations
Financial Statements
Tax Documentation – B&O Tax filings
401(k) Plans
Insurance Plans
Administration work to support staff as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Organized, have a strong attention to detail and follow-through
Self-motivated and a team player
Take initiative and have the ability to problem solve
Positive attitude and the ability to handle issues in a non-confrontational manner
Must be knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Accounting Software: Sage Accounting Software (we are willing to train)
Accounting degree preferred, but not required
3-5 years full-charge bookkeeper experience or similar
Additional Details:
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday
