Accounting Data Entry Clerk III

Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.
Description of duties: This position is primarily responsible for management of third-party online billings, filling out vendor/supplier forms, processing payments in CRM software and following up with customers or department managers on outstanding invoices and other order entry processing.
Education & Experience Requirements
1. Associate degree in related field or equivalent, relevant experience
2. Minimum of 2 years office experience is required
3. Customer Service experience handling sensitive conversations with customers (1-2 years) is preferred
4. Experience using customer transaction software (CRM order entry) is preferred
Compensation includes:
Competitive wage, annual discretionary bonus. Pay Range $21.19 to $30.75 per hour
Defined retirement contribution: SPIE provides an automatic 5% contribution, plus SPIE offers UP to 5% matching contributions and 25% vesting each year, 100% vested after 4 years.
Paid Time Off plan.
Location: Physical work location is at our headquarters in Bellingham, WA.
