Description REPUTABLE FULL-SERVICE LAW FIRM IN BELLEVUE seeking a Senior Employment Attorney/Of Counsel to join their team. Advise and represent established clients in various labor and employment matters alongside a tenured team. Duties include:
Give thoughtful legal advice to clients on a host of employment law matters, like performance management, hiring discipline, terminations, claims, etc.
Represent clients in litigation in both state and federal court.
Manage all areas of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
Review and draft employment policies, agreements, and handbooks.
Independently strategize on dispute resolutions while cooperating with the team.
Stay abreast of latest legislation to provide updated advice.
Compensation and Benefits:The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000 plus bonuses.
