Key Responsibilities Include:
Interacting with customers to provide professional and warm customer service
Learning and promoting store products and wine club events
Collaborating with coworkers to improve store performance
Maintaining sales displays
Packing and labeling house-made products
Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards
Participating in trainings, meetings, and new product development
Assisting with product inventory
Key Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, and/or customer service settings strongly preferred
Weekend availability
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Ability to self-manage & multi-task
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
Physical Requirements:
The Retail Associate must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, as well as regular speaking, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and pushing and pulling with arms. This position may occasionally use sharp kitchen tools, such as knives, and requires fine motor dexterity while operating machinery such as the deli scale and point-of-sale system.
