Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership teams to define HR strategies that align with business goals, driving organizational performance and culture.Benefits Administration:  Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness programs, PTO, and other perks.Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing performance issues, conflicts, and providing guidance on workplace policies and procedures. Evaluate and benchmark benefits offerings to ensure they remain competitive within the industry and align with the company’s strategic objectives.Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes, restructures, or process improvements.Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.Learning & Development: Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs, driving continuous learning and career development opportunities.HR Metrics & Analytics: Monitor and analyze HR metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements in HR programs, processes, and policies.Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, maintaining a compliant and ethical work environment. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to benefits, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.Vendor Management: Collaborate with brokers, vendors, and other third-party providers to manage benefit plans, resolve issues, and negotiate contracts.
