Safety Service Patroller Supervisor - Virginia Beach

AECOM is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly talented SSP Supervisor in the Virginia Beach region. This position will be a direct report to the Regional Safety Service Patrol (SSP) Manager with direct communications with front-line staff throughout their area of responsibility.The responsibilities of the SSP Supervisor include, but are not limited to:Front line supervisor who manages individual contributors.Responsible for the overall quality of staff’s work and oversees projects.Has project or task level financial accountability.Typically supervises a headcount of less than 10 people.Coaching, mentoring and training development of SSP staffReal-time shift management and scheduling for readiness of operation staff and assigned equipmentCommunicate with mid and high-level staff in real-time incident management statusPresent recurrent staff training needs and materialsParticipation in After Action or other assigned meetings as requestedEnsure adherence to established policies and proceduresMaintain up-to-date training and certificationsOther ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by the Project Management Team
