Job Title: Sr. Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead and manage a group of project managers and projects that include educational institutions, with project sizes ranging from $20 million plus. The ideal candidate will have eight plus years of project management experience on commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include overall project management from preconstruction to commissioning and close out documentation. The candidate must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding cost, quality, and delivery goals. Leading and organizing weekly progress meetings with owners and subcontractors is essential.Hard Skills
