Job Title: Program Administrator/Analyst Job Summary: Are you ready to make a lasting impact? As a Program Administrator/Analyst, you will be the driving force behind the success of our high-profile project. Your expertise in project coordination, organizational finesse, and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of our campaign. Responsibilities Include:
Managing project schedules, timelines, and key milestones
Leading and facilitating project team meetings and communications
Preparing meeting minutes
Preparing and distributing project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and presentations
Tracking project deliverables, milestones, schedules, action items, risks, and issues
Maintaining organized project records, files, contracts, and documentation
Providing calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support to the project manager
Arranging domestic travel logistics for project team members
Organizing media interviews, events, meetings, and other project logistics
Providing general administrative support to project team members as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of experience in project administration or coordination
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with project management software and MS Office suite
Comfortable leading and facilitating meetings with senior executives
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired:
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Work Setting and Environment:
Monday - Friday, normal working hours
Work is to be performed remotely
