- Work with several SMEs to develop knowledge of needs lab offerings and custom human centered design approaches, guiding design and delivery tailored to clients; focusing on a high-quality and consistent experiences.
- 6+ years of providing coaching, training or learning and development experience to business leaders
- Mastery of MSFT Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Interest and experience with analytical methods adn tools, including data visualization, are desirable
- Excellent collaboration skills
