As a Sales Engineer at Ridgeline, you’ll be the technical backbone of our business development efforts, bridging client needs, technical solutions, and sales strategy. You’ll partner with our BD, delivery, and product teams to deeply understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling demos that win deals.This role is perfect for someone who loves technology, client interaction, and collaboration who thrives on solving complex problems while evangelizing innovative solutions.What Success Looks Like in the First 6 MonthsGain deep expertise in all Ridgeline products and be able to demo and speak in depth on each solution.Take ownership of the Demo Environment, ensuring it’s client-ready and supports the BD team.Consistently support the BD team by leading demos, answering technical questions, and representing CIO as the technical authority in client meetings.Establish a regular feedback pipeline with CIO Product Owners providing insights, bug reports, and feature suggestions to improve offerings.What you will do:Client Interaction & Technical Consultation – Engage clients to understand their challenges, conduct needs assessments, and recommend tailored solutions.Solution Design & Proposal Support – Create detailed solution architectures, system configurations, and technical content for proposals/RFPs.Technical Demonstrations & Evangelism – Deliver compelling demos, tailoring content to client needs and effectively answering technical objections.Pre-Sales Support – Partner with BD to ensure technical accuracy in proposals, white papers, and presentations.Feedback & Continuous Improvement – Serve as a bridge between clients and product teams, providing actionable insights to refine Ridgeline solutions.Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with CIO, engineering, and product teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
