Crown is looking for 9 Certified Tower Climbers – Inspection Specialists to join our team! As a Tower Climber – Inspection Specialist, you will be responsible for climbing and inspecting communication towers and related infrastructure. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work at height under various weather conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesClimb towers up to 500 feet and perform detailed structural and safety inspectionsDocument tower conditions with photos, videos, and written reportsIdentify and assess structural damage, corrosion, or other hazardsVerify compliance with ANSI/TIA, OSHA, and other regulatory standardsMaintain inspection logs and recommend repair or maintenance actionsFollow all company and industry safety protocolsWork collaboratively with field and office personnelTravel to job sites, often on short notice
