Highway Maintenance Technician

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Technician to conduct a variety of Highway Maintenance Services, as well as other related tasks under close supervision. We are also seeking Lead Highway Maintenance Technicians. CDL holders highly encouraged to apply. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Clean and clear culverts.Mowing, and clearing brush from roadsides.Patching broken or eroded pavements and shoulders.Assist in storm cleanup.Fence and sign repair. Litter/debris removal.Emergency response.Operate equipment used in Highway Maintenance.Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, etc.Use power tools such as chainsaws, pole saws, weed eaters, backpack blowers, etc.
