Seeking someone to remotely manage small apartment building in SW Roanoke.
Job requirements are for someone who has:
- On-call/flexible availability for tenant emergency calls/texts and emails;
- resides locally;
- experience of at least one year in managing tenants and building repairs;
- able to manage building maintenance, vendors, and repairs;
- adaptable and able to communicate effectively and professionally;
- able to process rental applications and apartment showings; manage and enforce leases and tenant notifications;
- can create listing descriptions and photos.
Pays $25@ hr. with variable monthly schedule, depending on tenant and building needs (estimating between 2 and 7 hrs per week, but could be more on occasion)
