Kelly Now Hiring1st and 2nd.Shift Production OperatorsRoles and Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues that may arise during production- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment- Maintain production records and reports to track productivity and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a clean and organized production environment- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality controlQualifications & Skills:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred6165@kellyservices.com
