I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced housekeeper/cleaner to come twice a week to help my disabled father keep his apartment clean and tidy. He has a separate in-law quarters in our house (his area contains 2 small bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen/living area with his own entrance). I would just like someone who cleans really well, doesn't mind a talker (my dad can be talkative sometimes and he does have memory issues), and will help make my life easier. The job would entail normal cleaning of rooms, wiping down surfaces and floors, dishes (if there are any), making beds, organizing items left out, etc. Occasional thorough deep cleaning, refrigerator, and/or laundry I would pay extra for, of course. I pay electronically either by Venmo or PayPal (or occasionally cash if I've been to the bank) on the day services are rendered. If this works well, it could lead to adding my house as well. Non-smoker is a must and you must be comfortable around dogs/cats (they are not in my father's apartment, though). Please have references available. Price will be negotiated after you've seen the apartment and can get a better idea of the space. I am very flexible on days/times.
