Carpenter/ Helper

Emmons Residential Construction Inc is looking for immediate help. Qualified employees must meet the following requirements. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the job site. Must be able to read a tape measure fluently. Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in the quality of work performed. Must be able to bend and climb and lift heavy weight on a normal basis. The ability to listen and follow directions complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Experience is preferred. After some time, the ability to be left alone with minimal guidance and the ability to retain information for future projects is necessary. I don't expect anyone to know everything. The willingness to learn and ask questions and admit to faults is a must. Honesty and integrity is a MUST. Pay is based on experience which will be determined through a working interview. (Explained at initial interview.) Pay is weekly direct deposit. My pay structure is nonnegotiable and set up with my accountant. WORKDAY STARTS @ 7:30/8:00AM, 40-hour week. Some weekend work is available, but not mandatory. Hand tools are required. (Toolbelt, tape measure, speed square, chalk box, hammer. Etc.) We are all in this to make $. If you are making me money i can pay you what is disserved. I pride myself in taking care of employees that are an asset to the business. This is a small company looking to grow and looking for individuals willing to grow with it. We do a lot of decks, door/wind installs, framing, additions, remodels. Ect.
