Adecco is partnering with a leader in accessibility equipment for those with limited mobility, and is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join their growing team!In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional service to our clients and listen to their needs.
Schedule appointments for in-home assessments with our mobility specialists.
Manage and organize client information within our systems.
Assist with showroom inquiries and provide product information.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
3-5 years of in-person sales experience.
Is a quick learner and adaptable to new technologies (tablets, computers, basic software).
Possesses a reliable work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
Takes pride in accuracy and organization.
