HVAC Technicians: Potential to earn $100,000 annually or more including incentives and commissions! Hourly pay is between $25/hr to $35/hr, based on experience.
HVAC Installers: Stating pay between $60,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, including incentives and commissions! Hourly pay

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
Experience making repair and replace decisions
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Experience consulting with customers about complaints and giving solutions that are beneficial for customer
Excellent customer service skills
Organized with the ability to work independently
Willingness to invest time in training and classes including NATE Certifications
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
Ability to invest time in training and certifications
Excellent verbal skills
Professional phone skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Energetic personality
Well organized
Ability to work within a team environment
