RIC design build Carpenters work under the supervision of a Lead Carpenter on project job sites for residential remodeling and renovation projects. Daily tasks may include demolition, framing, trim work and other carpentry duties as needed. The Carpenter may also work in conjunction with subcontractors and vendors. It is critical for the Carpenter to make a positive impression through their attitude and professionalism on everyone they come into contact with during a project including the client, vendors, subcontractors and other employees.

Minimum job requirements:
Good understanding of carpentry tasks and techniques including measuring, cutting and nailing.
Ability to follow directions.
Willingness to learn.
Responsible for transportation to and from the job site.
Responsible for providing hand tools (tool belt, tape measure, square, utility knife, pry bar), cordless driver and a circular saw.
