PRG Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Representative for our community Hyde Park Townhomes and Apartments in Chester, VA, with a thorough knowledge of the market, to be responsible for demonstrating and leasing apartments through use of effective selling techniques. As the Marketing Representative, you'll utilize your knowledge of competition and analysis of market data to facilitate prospect generation through effective newspaper advertising, direct mail, outside presentations to local companies, and prospect follow-up.
Must have a 2 years Marketing or Sales experience; and a valid Driver's License; Property Management preferred. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all phases of leasing and resident retention
